Spręż-Mot company has been operating since 1970 and it has 30 qualified employees. During 30-year-long operations, we have achieved prestige and reputation in the production of springs.
We offer short spring completion dates and competitive prices. The springs we make are produced with high-tech CNC automatic machines, in accordance with the provided drawings and samples, observing ISO 9000:2001 quality procedures.
In result of purchasing new CNC technological line for spring production, financed from European Union resources, we are able to produce a wide variety of springs and elastic elements.
The springs are produced from patented round wire complying with EN 10270-1 standard, class SL, SM, DM, SH, DH; complying with DIN 17223 class A, B, C, D; imported spring strips in classes: C60, C67, C75, CK60, CK67, CK75, CK101 and metal plates as well as bars for hardening.
We provide services for the following sectors: shipbuilding industry, mining industry, light industry, heavy industry, military industry, furniture industry, automotive industry, household appliances industry, and others.
We complete orders in lots of million pieces as well as one element or unusual orders. At the clients’ request, we issue conformity certificates for the springs and mill certificates for the production materials we use. We also perform in-site strength performance testing of springs.
In the event of machine or device failure, we are able to manufacture springs with a very short realisation date – even up to 24 hours, which considerable limits your costs resulting from the shutdown.
The springs are produced from bare and stainless wire in the diameter range from 0.2 mm to 40 mm:
- technical, automotive, upholstery and disc springs;
- compression, tension, conical, torsion and other springs;
- springs for sectional and garage doors;
- elastic elements – all types and sorts.
All springs are made in compliance with strength characteristics of the certified materials.
At your request, we protect the springs with anti-corrosion coats, by galvanisation with white or yellow passivation, copperizing, chromium plating, oxidizing.
We also have PMS type press from 6 to 160 tons.
